UKSettle is pre-launch. Today the only thing this site does is take waitlist signups, so this notice covers exactly that — nothing more, because nothing more exists yet.
When you join the waitlist we store:
That's the complete list. We don't use cookies, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't ask for your name, immigration history or travel dates — the product that handles those doesn't exist yet, and when it does it will get its own notice.
The email address is used to tell you when the beta opens, and to send you one plain-English note if the Home Office settlement rules change before then. The three optional answers decide what we build first — if most people joining say the 2026 rule changes are their biggest worry, that's what gets built first.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights below).
Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in Western Europe. Two processors are involved and no one else:
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else. It is not used to train anything.
Until the beta opens and you've had the chance to use it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the product never launches, we delete the whole waitlist and tell you we've done it.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. There's no form to fill in — email hello@uksettle.com and we'll action it. Deletion means deletion: the row is removed, not flagged.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
hello@uksettle.com — a person reads it.
